A Hepplewhite style mahogany china cabinet. The lighted cabinet has an arched crown, fluted columns to the corners, glass-fronted side doors with oval fretwork and beaded edges, a pair of beveled glass-paned doors to the center with beaded edging, six glass shelves and a mirrored back, along with glass-paned panels to the tops of the sides. The cabinet base has three rounded felt-lined front drawers with ornate brass pulls, two storage cabinets to the ends, the paneled doors decorated with flame-grained oval medallions and beaded edges and three drawers to the center with dark brass bale pulls. Four fluted pilasters detail the base along with a beveled apron and bracketed feet. The cabinet is a companion to the #021 dining set in this sale.
