A pair of Swiss and Italian hand crafted music boxes. This selection features a Reuge marquetry music blonde comprised of blonde and cherry colored wood, and embellished with an inlaid floral and foliate motif to the lid. It rests on four brass feet, and plays The Time of my Life when wound. Also offered is an Italian made jewelry box presenting in a deep teal blue colorway and displaying flower blossoms and foliage designs topped with musical instruments. The lid opens to reveal velvet lining over divided compartments. It plays I Dreamed a Dream from the musical ‘Les Miserables’ and is marked ‘Made in Italy’ to the reverse.
