An antique New Haven Clock Co. mahogany veneered ogee mantel clock. This 30 hour weight driven pendulum clock has a mahogany veneered finish, along with a glass front door that has a reverse glass painting of an Art Nouveau stylized poppy motif with a gilt frame and black ground. The metal square clock face has a white finish that displays black Roman numerals, a chapter ring, floral motifs to the spandrels, two key arbors, and stylized hands. The interior is lined with the original ‘New Haven Clock Co.’ marked paper, and features the brass pendulum, and weights.
