The rug features a large, ornate geometric patterned pendant medallion to the center of the field in an earthy palette of browns, beige, sage green, and ivory. The central pendant is surrounded by extending geometric layers with the tones getting brighter as they expand toward the off-white fringe. The field features rows of palmettes in alternating styles and sizes. The field is bursting with arabesque detailing. The item is unmarked by maker.
