Item Details

A vintage Neoclassical style painted secretary cabinet. This rectangular top cabinet with curved and painted pediment features shaped finials to front corners. The cabinet features two glass panel cabinet doors with muntins opening to two full width shelves. The lower base features a roll top panel with painted floral and drapery swag motif opening to drawers and storage compartments above a sliding panel with leather inlay. The desk sits above three aligned drawers with bail handles rising on tapering legs and terminating on spade feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
