An original 1989 ink cartoon illustration prototype by contemporary American cartoonist Jim Borgman (born 1954), best-known for his political cartoons, illustrations for the Cincinnati Enquirer, and the comic strip Zits. The image depicts an illustration of addiction and the impact on a human. The artist signature is to the upper left corner and there is a titled to the lower center. The item features a brown matting, within a black frame, under glass, with wire to the verso for hanging. The item has the attached newspaper article to the verso as well.
