This flatweave rug is rendered in a palette of grays, white, black, and red, while featuring a stylized depiction of the Mexican coat of arms, showing an eagle atop a prickly pear cactus with a snake in mouth. The field also features a band of stripes to each end flanking the main image, along with a row of S-shapes to the edges.
