A large series 1899 blue seal $2 silver certificate. This note features a portrait of George Washington at the center flanked by figures representing Agriculture and Mechanics. The note includes blue serial numbers and the signatures of Lyons and Roberts at the bottom. Banknote measures 7 3/8″ × 3 1/8’. The certificate is circulated and in fair condition.
