Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Kashan carpet runner. This rug features diamond-shaped medallions on a field with shah abbasi palmettes and spiraling tendrils, and a meandering floral main border and guard borders, in hues of reds, deep blue, powder blue, olive to lime green, pale pink, ivory, and mocha. It ends with short and long cotton warp fringe with red overcast selvedges.
