A large scale oil painting on canvas portrait of a Dutch woman by listed American artist Dana Pond (1881 – 1962), dated 1904. The piece depicts a woman standing in traditional dress against a dark ground in an interior setting. The work is signed to the lower right and inscribed ‘Amsterdam ’04’. It is presented in a painted black frame.
