A vintage Eastlake style upholstered armchair. This chair features a straight crest rail with shell and acanthus leaf cartouche over an upholstered back panel. The chair includes padded armrests flanking a padded seat over a shaped front apron. This piece rises on turned and tapering legs terminating on casters. There are no visible maker’s marks.
