A handwoven Mexican and Indian accent rugs. The Mexican made rug is rendered in a palette of teal, wine, sapphire, terracotta, wheat, and sand. The teal hued field features a central serrated form flanked by partial medallions, while framed to the ends with bands of stripes and running dog patterns. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends, and it is unlabeled. The Indian made rug is a wool and polyester blend, while rendered in a palette of crimson, pine, black, camel, ivory, and sepia. The crimson colored field features three serrated diamond medallions enclosed by a solid pine hued border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and bound ends with a braided tassel to each corner. It is labeled ‘El Paso Saddle Blanket Co.’.
