A hand-knotted Persian accent rug. This rug features a round floral medallion with palmettes sprouting from each petal into a field with sprawling tendrils, blossoms, and serrated leaves, framed by spandrels, in a color palette of pale red to petal pink, indigo, deep blue, burgundy, pale blue, khaki, and ivory to cream. It ends in short cotton warp fringe.
