A generous allotment of antique metal tobacco tags varying in advertisement and slogans. Dating to the late 19th-Century to early 20th-Century, these tags are constructed of a thin metal material referred to as "ferrous." These tags were affixed to packets of plug tobacco as part of the closure or seal. Varying in sizes and colors, the tags represent early brands such as Taylor’s Red Coon, Penn’s, Jolly Tar, _Liberty Bell-, _Clipper _, and more. This collection is stored and presented in a display case with a lid.
