Vintage Surveyors Transit and EMC Model 205 Vacuum Tube Tester
Item Details
A vintage pre-1938 surveyors transit in a wooden box and an Electronic Measurements Corporation model 205 vacuum tube tester. The transit and its box are both labeled ‘US Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service’, which was its former owner, and the box retains a repair label from the Eugene Dietzgen Co., which is dated Feb. 21, 1938.

Condition
- scratches, chips and wear noted throughout both wooden boxes; surveyors transit box has broken and dry rotted leather strap; some scuffs and scratches to the vacuum tube tester; extensive scratches and finish wear to the transit; both items were untested.
