A 14K white gold gemstone brooch. This brooch features a leaf-like motif with a center citrine amidst four clusters of chrome diopside and thirty-nine single cut diamonds on a square. Protruding out of the square are trios of tanzanite, pink sapphire, prehnite and yellow sapphire gemstones with each trio occupying one side.
