An 9K yellow gold pendant set with Ancient Roman Imperial AR Antoninianus of Philip I, circa 245 AD. This pendant features a bezel set coin with the profile of Philip I to the obverse and Annona, a Roman goddess who supplied grain to Rome, facing right and holding a ears of grain to the reverse.
