An antique Victorian mechanized rocking cradle in walnut, late 19th century. The frame features a slatted crib with block-and-turned, corner posts and urn-form finials hanging from iron brackets on a trestle base. One side of the base houses the wind-up, rocking mechanism, which is activated by a crank. It is unmarked by the maker.
