A circa 1960s Wilda Carter light blue chiffon beaded evening gown. The gown features double spaghetti straps, a ruched bodice and an intricate beaded design to the waist including faux pearls, clear prong set rhinestones and silver tone beads. The maxi skirt presents a pleated section to the front and back. There is a zipper to the side and a pink lining with a brand label marked ‘Wilda Carter Rockford, Ill.’
