A 1930s vintage bias cut blue velvet evening dress with bishop sleeves. This long-length dress is styled with a boatneck, blue velvet covered button accents running from shoulder to the ends of the bishop sleeves and a zig zag bias cut to the waist. There is a button-and-loop with keyhole opening to the back.
