A 1960s vintage maxi polka dot button dress and floral leotard with matching midi skirt. The red sleeveless textured diamond fabric dress is styled with white piping to the scoop neckline and to the waistline of the pleated maxi skirt. It features white button accents to the white polka dot pattern and a zipper and bow accent to the back. The Miriam Susskin for Mel Naftal set has a navy and red large floral pattern to a white background and includes a long sleeve, button-front leotard and a matching A-line skirt with a zipper to the back.
