Item Details
An antique, hand painted KPM style porcelain plaque Gute Nacht after the original painting by Georg Hom (German, 1838-1911). Depicted is a lovely, fair skinned woman emerging from a dark background and shielding the light of her candle in the night time. With a smile on her face, she gazes towards to the viewer. Impression to the backside of the plaque, ‘P.I / L.’ Presented in a gilt and gesso wood frame with velvet liner and housed in a beveled wood shadow box frame.
