Vintage Private Investigator Samsonite Suitcase From "Carol"

Item Details

A vintage Samsonite suitcase that was used as the Private Investigator suitcase from the 2015 Oscar nominated film ‘Carol’ filmed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The rectangular suitcase features a brown toned leather exterior with a handle to the top, two brass locking clasps to each side of the handle, and a key-hole to the center. The suitcase has a key and is in working condition. Per the consignor, the item was rented out to be used as a prop for the film. It can be seen within scenes with the Private Investigator that is met at the McKinley Motel by characters Carol Aird and Therese Belivet.

- to fair, wear is consistent with age and use, markings and scratches throughout, wear to lining with tear in fabric and stains.
