Vintage Copper and Brass Sri Lankan Killotaya Box
Item Details
An exotic early 20th century Killotaya hinged box or ‘Lime’ box, made of brass and copper, inlaid with an etched silver motif and includes an attached spatula on chain. This style of case was used for carrying lime and betel nut chewing mixture. Marked to the spatula.
