Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk accent rug. This wool rug is rendered in an abrash palette of ivory, mauve, denim, wheat, mahogany, indigo, and rose. The ivory colored field begins with a lobed pendant medallion, while featuring an allover floral design with large-scale blooms, and mauve grounded spandrels. Framing the field is a main diagonal stripe border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
