A circa 1940s vintage silk satin brocade uchikake kimono, hand decorated with metallic gold, metallic platinum and multicolored thread design as well as surihaku metallic gold leaf accents. This orange kimono has an elaborate design featuring architectural, figural, cloud, mountain, volcano, Japanese maple, plum blossom, pine and chrysanthemum motifs in a vibrant color palette. The interior is lined in a red silk and has a weighted hem.
