Item Details
A circa 1880s Meiji Period (1868-1912) silk maru obi. This hand brocaded beige and golden yellow obi has an ornate design to each side. The design features tonal sayagata pattern embroidery as well as chrysanthemum, plum blossom, fan, bamboo, pine bush, architectural and botanical motifs.
