Item Details
A circa 1940s vintage handwoven silk damask kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist dyed design and surihaku metallic gold leaf accent. The powder blue sayagata and kiku pattern damask silk kimono features chrysanthemum, paulownia tree, swirling water and crest motifs. The crest feature hats of pine, bamboo leaf, chrysanthemum, Japanese maple leaf, paulownia tree and seigaiha motifs. It is lined in pink silk.
