A circa 1940s vintage Japanese handwoven silk damask furisode kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist-dyed design and surihaku metallic gold and metallic platinum leaf accents. This crimson red kawa pattern damask kimono features paulownia tree and ribbon motifs in pastel yellow, blue, pink and green, The ribbon accents are filled with plum blossom, chrysanthemum, sayagata, karakusa, Japanese maple leaf and seigaiha motifs. White and red silk line the interior.
