Japanese Meiji Period Imari Bowl with Vintage Kutani Platter and Trinket Boxes

A pairing of Japanese porcelain serverware with two trinket boxes. Featured is an antique Meiji period Imari bowl with a hand embellished floral design in scalloped panels surrounding a cobalt urn to the well. It was produced ca. 1868-1912. The vintage Kutani platter features hand-painted figures in fan and flower panels with red and green accents to the white body and brushed cobalt glaze to the rims. It bears an ‘I & E Co.’ maker’s mark to the underside. Also included is an enameled and cinnabar hexagonal trinket box as well as a rectangular porcelain trinket box.
