A selection vintage Mattel fashion dolls with a carrying case and accessories. This grouping features a 1960 Ponytail Barbie #3 with rooted black hair, blue irises, brown eyeliner, red lips, and pearl earrings. She wears a glittering black evening gown with a white faux fur stole. Her backside is embossed ‘Barbie ™ Pats. Pend. © MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc.’. Also included is a 1964 Skipper with strawberry blonde locks, side glancing sky blue eyes, and pale pink lips. She presents in her original packaging and is clad in a blue gingham dress and sheer white apron. Marked to her backside is ‘Skipper © 1963 Mattel, Inc.’. Additionally, a 1961 black Ponytail carrying case which opens to reveal a variety of vintage doll clothing and accessories such as Barbie’s sheer pink Plantation Bell outfit (1959-1961), a Nighty Negligee robe (1959-1964), her white vinyl Winter Holiday car coat with red fleece lining (1959-1963), and Skipper’s original red and white striped swimsuit.
