A French majolica jardiniere circa 1890-1905. The rectangular planter features a stepped shoulder and embossed floral and vine decoration in a palette of muted pink and yellow on an aqua ground. It is footed and is marked ‘ST. AD.’ to the underside.

Condition

- heavy residue inside; scuffing to feet bottoms; hairline crack in rims.
