Hand-Knotted Persian Wool Carpet Runner

A hand-knotted Persian wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of crimson, teal, sky blue, apricot, ivory, sapphire, saffron, walnut, black, and charcoal. The crimson colored field features an allover herati design while framed in a floral meander border, as well as a wider band of a floral meander to each end. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
