An offset print triptych on paper by well-listed and world-renowned American street artist Shepard Fairey (born 1970), titled Obey 3 Face, dated 2018. The triptych depicts three isolated black and white images of the artist’s iconic Obey, based on the face of famed French actor and wrestler Andre the Giant. The prints are signed by Fairey and dated to the lower right margins.

Shepard Fairey is one of the most influential and prolific street artists of the 21st century. Fairey is also known for his graphic designs, activism, illustration, and as the founder of OBEY Clothing. Emerging from the skateboarding scene, he first became known for his ‘Andre the Giant Has a Posse’ campaign. This campaign was started while the artist attended the Rhode Island School of Design. Today, his work can be found in site-specific installations and at the Smithsonian, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, and more.
