A circa 1890-1895 Patek Philippe 18K yellow gold seed pearl pocket watch. This antique pocket watch is made by Patek Philippe for Spaulding & Co. in Chicago. The watch also features a round case with the back and front bezels lined with seed pearl while also including a white dial with Arabic minute markers, Roman numeral hour markers and black syringe style hands.
