Chinese Ceramic Covered Urn

Item Details

A contemporary Chinese ceramic covered jar. The urn has a traditional rounded profile with a domed lid and and large finial to the center. The jar is decorated with a colorful display of figures in traditional dress accented with foliate motifs and geometric bands the top and to the flared base. The underside bears an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, it was produced int he late 20th or early 21st century.
