Hand-Painted Lenox "Oyster Catcher" Game Plate and other Tableware
Item Details
A hand-painted Lenox Oyster Catcher game plate with trinket boxes and decorative plates. This collection includes six ornately painted and moulded Japanese, Italian, and English footed trinket boxes and four decoratively painted plates from Lefton. Also included is an early Lenox porcelain game plate titled Oyster Catcher with decorator numbers ‘X8/D345’ and painted by William H. Morley. Morley was an artist known for game and fish at the Lenox factory artist from approximately 1900 to 1934. Maker’s marks and numbers to underside.
