A power-loomed Karastan Medallion Serapi wool room sized rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of coral, sapphire, scarlet, sky blue, ivory, celedon, cornsilk, and cranberry. The coral colored field begins with a central medallion with coordinating layered spandrels, and it features palmettes, with leafy and flowering vines. Framing the field is a main turtle border, with a carnation meander guard border. Finishing this rug are serged edges and an applied ivory fringe to the ends. It is labeled ‘Woven in U.S.A.’.
