A vintage, hand knotted Persian Qum room size rug. This wool rug features a center medallion with chained pendants on a lozenge-shaped field in a palette of crimson, teal, emerald, lime, gold, violet, plum, salmon, mustard and cream. The field is bounded by spandrels and surrounded by a compound floral border with cotton warp fringe to the far ends. The rug is tagged underneath.
