A mid 19th century tri-color handwoven wool coverlet designed in the Flourishing Wave pattern, a geometric design in a palette of lavender, cream and gold creating a fancy optic pattern. The coverlet is made of three pieces and hand sewn together to include two seams. No visible maker’s marks are present.
