Item Details

A vintage Chinese rattan blue-painted trunk. The wooden, rattan-lined case features a rectangular, hinged lid opening to a vacant, unpainted interior. The exterior is applied with strips of ebonized trim and there is a brass, floral-etched lock plate. The underside retains a tag marked ‘Art No. 3104 / Made In The People’s Republic of China’. Also included are four turned and tapered and legs.
