Antique Handmade "Tree Of Paradise" Quilt
Item Details
An antique handmade Tree Of Paradise or Pine Tree pattern quilt made by C.L. Hickerson, (unsigned but noted by the consignor). The quilt features strip pieced borders in red and tan creating a diamond pattern with tan tree motifs to the center of each on a white fabric printed with a small anchor pattern and blue and white stripe pattern fabric accents. It is hand stitched and finished with a light pink muslin binding and backing, and no visible maker’s marks.
