A Victorian 14K yellow gold carved agate cameo converter brooch. This brooch features a bezel set carved agate cameo depicting the likeness of Queen Elizabeth I, the last Tudor monarch, and arguably the most recognizable queen of the British Isles. The profile shows the queen wearing period ruff, her hair curled about her face, and the famous Tudor crown of her father set on her head. The converter pendant is framed with openwork trim. To the back features a custom closure and a hinged bail for wearing as a pendant.
