A limited edition serigraph print on paper titled Living Room View by very well-listed Israeli artist Itzchak Tarkay (1935 – 2012). This print depicts a woman lounging in a chair within a colorful interior. It is signed in pencil to the lower right margin and is numbered 91 out of an edition of 450 to the lower left margin. This piece is presented behind a white mat with a gold tone fillet, under acrylic glass, in a gold tone wood frame with black sides and is ready to hang with a wire. A certificate of authenticity from Park West Gallery is present to the verso.

Born on the Yugoslavia-Hungary border, Tarkay’s family was forced into Mauthausen Concentration Camp in 1944 and freed a year later by the Allied forces. Tarkay went on to travel the world, creating a following for his distinct style. He says that he paints by instinct, and can no further explain his use of color as he can his own handwriting.
