A group of two antique Federal cherry candlestands. This pair of stands features a round panel top rising on turned posts. One table terminates on spider style legs and one table terminates on curved legs. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition
- largest candlestand with a small patch repair to standard; same example with a repair to bottom of standard at one leg connection (leg has been re-attached); smaller candlestand with a repair to top of standard and round pad on the underside of top appears to be later; same example with a couple repairs to leg connection joints at bottom of standard; legs with some former pest damage (worming); both with scattered surface wear and shrinkage cracks.
