An antique 1860 chromolithograph on paper by Julius Bien after the original drawing from life by John James Audubon, titled Rose-breasted Grosbeak. This work from the Bien Edition is a fine, somewhat rare reproduction after the plate from the original folio Birds of America. Artist names and the title are printed in plate to the lower margin. This work is mounted under glass in a wood frame with a bright gilt finish, equipped to hang.

- toning, discoloration and foxing across print. Discoloration and degradation of matting. Wear to frame.
