Vintage Louis XVI Style Desk

Item Details

A vintage or antique Louis XVI style ladies’ writing desk. The veneered top is accented on the backguard by a carved ribbon and wheat stalk design, which is flanked on either side with small shelves. A shallow drawer has a floral swag carving, with pinecone and leaf carving on either side. Fluted legs have floral knee blocks and peg legs. To the undersides is an AB & EL Shaw Company tag.
