Item Details
A power-loomed Karastan Mahira area rug. This Oushak-style wool pile rug is rendered in a ‘sunwashed’ palette of cranberry, sage, camel, khaki, and mint and features and allover field pattern of floral blooms, vines, and palmettes. The field is framed with floral meander guard and secondary borders, while the primary border displays a stylized herati motif over khaki. Finishing the rug are serged selvedges and applied wool fringe. A label to the reverse reads ‘Made in the U.S.A.’.
