Item Details
A World War I United States Air Service soldiers uniform. From the 3rd Aero Park Squadron, this uniform contains its coat and pants and is constructed of an olive green wool material. Adorned with metal US and Aircraft buttons on its high collar, this uniform presents an embroidered propeller insignia and ‘369’ patch on its right sleeve. This left sleeve features a single red stripe for the rank of private and red, blue, and white circular ‘3’ patch. There is a pair of pants or trousers which are laced up at their ends and lined on the interior. In addition, there is a pair of wool legs wraps that are rolled.
