A framed needlepoint wall-hanging by Cincinnati artist Richard Gegner after well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007), titled Who’s Watching Whom? This work depicts a bird perched on a pair of binoculars. It is signed by Gegner to the verso and by Harper to the lower center. This piece is presented behind black mat with a gray liner, under glass, in a stained wood frame and is ready to hang with a wire.
